30oz bag Frozen Hashbrowns
16oz Sour Cream
10.75oz can Condensed Cream Style Soup (ie: Cream of Chicken)
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper
2 1/2-3 cups Corn Flakes
**Optional Ingredient Ideas**:
-Use Ritz Crackers instead of Corn Flakes to top dish
-Change flavor of soup: Cream of Onion, Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Celery, etc.
-Change flavor of cheese or use as much or as little cheese as you’d like
-Make it lighter by using Fat Free Sour cream and cheeses, and Healthy Request Cream Soup
-Add other herbs or spices
-Any ingredient you’d like!
- In a large bowl, mix together hashbrowns, sour cream, soup, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Top with Corn Flakes either as they are or crumbled.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
