**The Little Black Dress**

Ahhh…the little black dress…oh how I love thee! Nothing is as timeless and classic as this beautiful piece of clothing. When its purchased in just the right fit and style, this is a piece that can be worn for years and for many different occasions. Another thing that makes the little black dress so versatile is that it can be worn throughout the entire year, no matter what the season. I’m loving the idea of wearing leggings and boots with dresses in the wintertime and bare legs and pumps during warmer weather. It can really change the look of the dress and make it feel like two completely different outfits.

In the pictures below I am wearing the same exact black dress.  In the picture on the top, I’m wearing a sexy, little black dress with a nice stiletto pump. In the picture below that, I am wearing the same black dress paired with leggings, knee-high boots, and my favorite infinity scarf from Shopko.  The same dress that was worn as two different outfits for two different occasions.

Belted and with a pair of heels, this dress is perfect for a romantic night out with my hubby.

Add leggings and a scarf and it looks like a completely different outfit!

Going back to the site I talked about on Wednesday, CharlotteRusse.com has some cute Little Black Dresses. There are a few that are a little too crazy for me, but if you look through all her inventory, there are some FABULOUS dresses at very reasonable prices!

Right now is the perfect time to purchase a sexy Little Black Dress. Just in time for spring and summer, you’ll get plenty of use out of it, and the dress you purchase is sure to be a classic piece that you can wear for years to come.
