Crock Pot Chicken Corn Chowder Soup

At the end of the workweek, the last thing many of you may feel like doing is coming home and cooking for the family.  You’re tired and ready to start relaxing with those you love for a couple of days.  Here’s the perfect meal plan for you!  Crock Pot Chicken Corn Chowder Soup.  All you do is throw all the ingredients in the crock pot and you’re set!  Nothing beats a meal that only takes about 5 minutes to prepare.  This Southern-inspired soup is a delicious meal the whole family will enjoy!

Crock Pot Chicken Corn Chowder Soup

Quick and Easy!

1 can (10.75 oz) Healthy Request Cream of Potato Soup

1 can (10.75 oz) Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup

1 can (10 oz) Chunk Chicken Breast in water, drained

1 can (12-15 oz) Whole Kernel Corn, drained

1 cup Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth

1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced

1 can (4  oz) Green Chiles, diced

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/4 tsp Thyme

1 cup Skim Milk

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients, except for the milk in a large crock pot.

2. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.

3. 30 minutes before serving, add milk and continue to cook on low.

4. Serve and enjoy!
