Cajun Maple Mahi Mahi

A quick, easy, and healthy recipe, Cajun Maple Mahi Mahi is a unique spin on a seafood favorite that is sure to please the senses.  Another great meal idea to start your week on the right track!  Remember, a healthy diet along with regular exercise is the key to reaching your goals by summer!

Cajun Maple Mahi Mahi


Easy and healthy = my favorite combination!

2 – 8oz Mahi Mahi Filets (if you can’t find two that are 8oz a piece, you can just get enough filets to equal 1 lb and split them evenly between both serving plates)

1/4 cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup

3/4 tbsp Cajun Seasoning

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

No Calorie Cooking Spray


1.  In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the fish.

2. Line a baking dish with foil and spray with cooking spray.  Place fish in baking dish and brush mixture evenly over fish.  If you don’t have a brush, you can use a spoon.

3.  Fold foil over top of baking dish so just a little space in the center is left open.  Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

4. Serve with your favorite vegetable or brown rice.
