Appetizers! – Olive-Cream Jalapenos

Here is a simple appetizer idea that will get the taste buds going, without overdoing it before the main course.  Not only are these appetizers delicious, their presentation is beautiful!  Perfect for any occasion and so easy to prepare!

 

Olive-Cream Jalapenos

 

Cut 16 Large Jalapenos in half lengthwise.  Using a knife or a spoon, scoop seeds out so each side is hallow.

In a small bowl, combine 8 oz Cream Cheese, 1/4 cup Chopped Pimiento-Stuffed Olives, and 2 tbsp Olive Juice.  Spoon 2 tsp of filling into each jalapeno half.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Olive-Cream Jalapenos

16 Large Jalapeno Peppers

8 oz 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese or Fat Free Cream Cheese

1/4 cup Pimiento-Stuffed Olives, chopped

2 tbsp Olive Juice

 

Directions:

2. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, olives, and olive juice.

3.  Spoon 2 tsp of filling into each jalapeno half.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.

 

Makes 32 Appetizers
