Tired of eating the same old chicken breast day after day? Here is a simple way to jazz up your chicken while not adding too many calories – Garlic Parmesan Chicken!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13 baking dish with no calorie cooking spray. In a small bowl, blend 2 tbsp Olive Oil and 1 clove Garlic, minced. In a separate bowl, mix ½ cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs, ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese, 1 tsp Basil, and ¼ tsp Pepper. Dip each chicken breast in the oil mixture, then in the bread crumb mixture. Place the coated chicken breasts in baking dish. Spray the top of each chicken breast with 3 squirts of No Calorie Spray Butter.
Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
Chicken Parmesan Chicken
No Calorie Cooking Spray
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic, minced
½ cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Basil
¼ tsp pepper
4 – 6 oz Boneless Chicken Breasts
Directions:

- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
