This dip tastes just like buffalo chicken wings and will make you feel like you’re taking a bite into an authentic and juicy wing. Even better, it takes about 5 minutes to throw into the crock pot and a few hours later its ready to eat! Perfect for the weekend tailgate!
Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 – 10 oz cans of Chunk Chicken Breast in water, drained
2 – 8 oz packages of Cream Cheese (I use the 1/3 less fat version and it is just as good)
1 cup Ranch Dressing (I use fat-free)
3/4 cup Hot Sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (I’ve found that the finely shredded works best, and I always use reduced fat)
Directions: So Easy!!!
1. Simply place all ingredients in a small crock pot in the order listed. Break the chicken up into smaller chunks with a fork before adding the other ingredients. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
This dip goes great with chips, Chicken in a Biskit crackers, and celery!
Eat up!!!!
Yum Yum! I have fond memories of eating Chicken in a Biscuit with my daddy! 🙂 Funny what things stay in the memory.
I used to eat them with my dad too 🙂
Really???? It is the funniest thing that I remember I was little and he had to take me to a meeting with him —he bought a box of Chicken in a Biscuit and shared them with me on the ride to the meeting. That was a real treat because I didn’t always get alone time with 3 other siblings and being the baby!
